Graviera Sheep Cheese

Our Production Product. A Greek graviera cheese produced in Crete from sheep’s milk and matured after at least five months. It has a slightly sweet taste with a pleasant roasted smell and is reminiscent of mature parmesan, developing an amazing flavor and aromatic complexity.
